THE CHRISTMAS CONCERT

Every year we put on a Christmas Concert for our parents. The concert involves the entire school, and each year group performs a short item. Here's Year 6, performing a very slick dance routine to 'Rockin' Robin'!

Year Three,

all dressed brightly in Christmas red and white costumes, performing

WINTER

WONDERLAND.

Here's Infant Year 1, complete with bright red Santa hats, singing 'Rockin' Around The Christmas Tree' and 'Jingle Bell Rock'.

Some of the youngest children performed the 'CALYPSO CAROL' and 'LITTLE DONKEY', while telling the story of the Nativity. They looked beautiful in their carefully made costumes and the audience thoroughly enjoyed the performance they gave.

Year 5 called their item 'A GLAM-ROCK CHRISTMAS', and the children gave a highly spirited rendering of two well known Christmas songs, accompanied by their enthusiastic playing of cardboard instruments! Their  dazzling and whacky costumes were quite a sight to see!

This year, our collection after the show was used to help famine relief in Africa. Year 4 children sang a very moving version of 'Feed The World', accompanied by special lighting effects to highlight the importance of the song.
