During the last week of term, the school held its usual SPORTS WEEK.

Some of the classes held their races in the school playground and some went to Burgess Park.

In these photos you can see some of the Year 3 and Year 4 children taking part in a variety of races...

The first two photographs show a team game of passing the ball, the second photo shows the wheelbarrow race, and this photo shows a running race.

During the morning there was a wide variety of races, which also included a relay race...

... And a skipping rope race with a leader who is way out in front here...

... and a wheelbarrow race which was thoroughly enjoyed by everybody, even though many of the contestants kept falling over...
