WE PERFORM AT THE GLOBE THEATRE!

CLASS 13 PERFORMED AT THE GLOBE THEATRE!

 We performed

AS YOU LIKE IT

by William Shakespeare 

..with twelve other schools. We rehearsed with a trained actress each week for quite a long time. It was fun, but very hard work.

In the play, Phebe is in love with Ganymede. Unfortunately, Ganymede is really Rosalind, disguised as a man!

Orlando is in love with Rosalind....

It was nerve-wracking performing to so many people!

The auditorium was packed, as you can see. Lots of children from the participating schools came to see the show.

In this picture, Oliver, Orlando's brother, is proclaiming his love for Aliena, Rosalind's sister.
